Hijau

Sementara tunggu resepi baru jom tgk apa yg maisya ada tanam kat rumah...since rumah maisya tak de kawasan tanah sebab semua dah kena simen so dapat tanam dlm pasu je la.
pokok kesum ni dah besar dan tinggi tapi bekasnya still guna yg kecik tu...ntah bila nak tukar ke pasu yg besar....dah tak muat dah ni.

Haritu beli fresh herbs kat jusco untuk masak , since satu paket tu byk so try tanam ...idup plak. Yang ni pun nak kena pindah asingkan....thyme tu dah pindahkan beberapa hari lepas ke bekas yg lain.
Daun selom...ni pun try tanam lepas beli utk buat ulam.
Kangkung ni pun saja cuba tanam dari batangnya...hidup le plak...tapi kesian sebab tak cukup tanah dia nak hidup...he..he..
Pokok kunyit yg penah hampir mati tapi hidup semula..
Nie tgh cuba nak tanam limau kasturi.

nak tanam pandan...dah cuba haritu tapi tak mau hidup...nanti nak pergi ambik lagi anak pokok kat umah mertua.

Fish Burger

Basic Ingredients:

Any amount of Ground beef
Breadcrumbs
1 egg

Then gather whatever else you want to put in it.
I want this particular batch to be spicy and sweet so I will also be adding:

Worcestershire Sauce
Tabasco Sauce
Crushed Red Pepper

You can put almost anything into a burger, from peanut butter to fresh salsa to cheese. Experiment! What do you usually add TO your burger? Throw in some diced onions, peppers, even ketchup!

STEP 1 - Wash your hands and your countertop and plop a brick of your favorite thawed ground meat down on it.

STEP 2 - Flatten and spread the ground hamburger meat so there is more surface area exposed.

STEP 3 - Add the egg along with whatever other ingredients you will be using. I have added the egg, Tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce, and a generous amount of crushed red pepper. No bread crumbs yet.

STEP 4 - Begin mixing all of the ingredients into the meat by folding the hamburger meat over itself and working it together with your hands. Fold and press.

STEP 5 - Continue kneading the hamburger meat mixture until you are satisfied that the ingredients are evenly distributed.

STEP 6 - Flatten the hamburger meat mixture against the counter once again.

STEP 7 - Lightly cover the top of the hamburger meat mixture with breadcrumbs and then mix it into the meat in the same way that you just did the other ingredients. The amount of breadcrumbs will vary from batch to batch depending on the amount of liquid ingredients you add. The idea here is to get the meat to a consistency where it holds together really well but is not overly wet or dry. When you can work a piece into a tight ball and plop it down on the counter without it deforming too much or breaking then you've got the right mix.

STEP 8 - Work the hamburger meat mixture into a symmetrical 'ball'.

STEP 9 - Split the ball up into equal sized portions. These will be your patties so decide how big you want your burgers to be. You can do this by hand or with a large knife. I find the knife is easier to get a good separation with.

STEP 10 - Take each hamburger meat portion and work it into a tight ball. Cup the meat between your hands and squeeze it as hard as you can to pack it together tightly.

STEP 11 - Once you have a tight ball of meat in your hand, slowly work it between your palms into a flat, patty shape. If the edges start to split, use the crease in the center of the palm of your hand to 'pinch' and work them back together. I always make more than I am planning on immediately cooking, so the extra hamburgers can fit between sheets of wax paper and then into a freezer bag to be frozen for later.

STEP 12 - Cook up some of these burgers using your favorite method, and serve on a toasted bun with the condiments of your choice.

Bahan-bahan:
Daging kisar
Serbuk roti
1 telur

*boleh tambah apa-apa lagi yg disukai contohnya:
serbuk cili
bawang cincang
sos tomato
lada sulah

Cara-cara:
-ratakan daging kisar atas papan pemotong
-letakkan telur dan semua bahan tambahan yang lain(kecuali serbuk roti) atas daging kisar tadi
-lipat dan tekan/ratakan daging kisar berulang kali supaya semua bahan sebati
-taburkan pula serbuk roti atas daging kisar dan ulang proses lipat dan tekan sehingga semua bahan sebati. (Tambah lagi serbuk roti jika adunan agak lembik...adunan hendaklah tidak terlalu kering atau basah)
-Bahagi-bahagikan adunan kepada beberapa bahagian dan bulat-bulatkan(kepal-kepalkan supaya adunan tak berderai)
-Leperkan dan bolehlah dimasak dengan sedikit minyak atau disejuk bekukan dengan melapis setiap burger dengan plastik.

Malaysia + Jepun ?

Tgh malas nak type resepi so letak gambar ni...ni buat dah lama , saja gatai tgn nak combine macam ni.
Nasi( campur beras pulut dengan beras biasa) + sambal tumis ikan bilis + timun, dibalut dengan nori(seaweed) dan gulung ala Temaki Zushi

Kim's Moist Muffin

Resepi ni diperkenalkan oleh forumer Sankuriang di FNR. Ramai yg dah cuba dan hasilnya memang best! Maisya dah try pelbagai versi guna resepi ni.Nie link untuk resepi asalnya...bacalah review kat situ nanti boleh adjust kuantiti bahan yg diperlukan berdasarkan pengalaman diaorang.

Kim's Moist Muffins

Serves: 12
Preparation time: 15 minutes or less

No melting butter or beating sugar until fluffy! Easy to cook and easy to eat!

Ingredients
220 g self-raising flour (1 1/2 cups)
1/2 - 3/4 cup vegetable oil (dinasihatkan guna 1/4 - 1/2 cawan je)
3/4 cup buttermilk or regular milk (maisya guna 1 cawan buttermilk)
1/2 - 3/4 cup caster sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150 g added flavours (frozen raspberries, dark/milk/white choc bits, grated apple, mashed banana)

Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease muffin tins or use liners.
Mix all dry ingredients together and make a well.
Mix all wet ingredients together and pour into the well.
Add flavourings and mix well until just combined.
Place in tins and bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. (maisya bakar dalam 25 minit)

Recipe notes
Over mixing will toughen the muffins. You can substitute the sugar with artificial sweeteners or Xylitol to make it lower in carbohydrates and sugar free. Buttermilk is lower in fat than regular milk but you can also use skim milk. Weighing the flour gives a much nicer muffin. I'm not sure why but these are by far the nicest muffins I've made. Raspberry and white choc chips are divine! A friend of mine uses mashed banana and passionfruit pulp in hers! I've adjusted the oil in the recipe because of a few recommendations... I have found lately that 3/4 cup is just a bit too oily. Thanks everyone for the great feedback! A couple of people have said their muffins are not as moist as I've described - you need to make sure you only have 150g of any added flavours! Any more and they are drier any less and too moist and oily! Thanks!

Bun Coklat

Haritu beli bun coklat yg dalamnya ada inti coklat, so belek-belek bahagian ingredients dia sebab nak tau camna dia buat inti tu....bila tengok bahan-bahan dia macam nak sama dengan bahan-bahan yg digunakan utk buat chocolate sheet dalam entry maisya yg ni: Simple Chocolate Sheet
. So lepas di ubah sikit-sikit jadiklah jugak inti tu cuma pahit sikit, next time kena tambah gula or kurangkan serbuk koko dan tambah susu tepung.


BUN COKLAT

Inti:
4 sudu besar serbuk koko
1 sudu besar susu tepung
4 sudu besar gula
4 sudu besar tepung jagung
6 sudu besar air
1/2 sudu besar butter

Gaul sebati semua bahan ( kecuali butter ). Masak dengan api kecil sambil sentiasa dikacau. Masak hingga pekat. Tutup api dan tambahkan butter. Kacau hingga sebati dan adunan smooth (tambah lagi butter jika perlu). Sejukkan sebelum digunakan.
*inti ni pahit sikit, so bolehlah tambah gula sikit lagi kalau nak.


Roti:
1 1/4 cawan air suam
2 sudu kecil yis kering
1/2 cawan soft brown sugar
3 1/2 cawan tepung
3 sudu besar susu tepung
1/4 cawan serbuk koko
1 sudu kecil baking powder
garam
1 sudu besar butter
1 sudu besar vegetable shortening

-Larutkan gula dalam air dan masukkan yis. Biarkan hingga berbuih.
-Campurkan tepung, susu tepung, serbuk koko, baking powder dan garam. Gaul rata.
-Tuangkan larutan gula dan yis. Gaul rata hingga jadi doh.
-Tambahkan butter dan shortening dan gaul rata.
-Uli hingga adunan elastik (15 minit - atau lebih )
-Peram hingga adunan naik 2 kali ganda
-Tumbuk adunan dan uli sebentar untuk buang angin
-Bahagikan doh kepada 12 bahagian kecil. Rehatkan doh 10 minit.
-Ambil satu bahagian doh dan leperkan, isikan inti dan tutup dengan kemas. Susunkan atas loyang yang dah digris. Ulang hingga habis semua adunan.
-Rehatkan hingga naik 2 kali ganda dan bolehlah dibakar.Maisya bakar dengan suhu 175C guna api atas dan bawah selama 20-25 minit.
-Sebaik sahaja keluar dari oven sapukan permukaan roti dengan butter.

Sambal Kelapa

SAMBAL KELAPA

cili merah
udang kering
kelapa parut
tempoyak

Tumbuk cili dan udang kering. Tambahkan kelapa parut dan tumbuk. Gaulkan dengan sedikit tempoyak.

Boleh makan dengan ulam-ulaman atau sumbat kat ikan cencaru dan goreng.

Strawberry Chiffon

KEK CHIFFON PERASA ASAS

Bahan-bahan :
4 kuning telur (medium size)
115 ml air
85 ml minyak sayuran
1/4 sudu teh garam
100 g gula
(maisya kisar halus)
150 g tepung
1 sudu teh serbuk penaik
Maisya tambahkan sedikit Strawberry Emulco

(B)
4 putih telur (medium size)
90 g gula
(maisya kisar halus)
1/8 sudu teh cream of Tartar
(maisya guna jus limau nipis)

Kaedah penyediaan :

1. Tuang kuning telur, gula dan minyak sayuran ke dalam mangkuk pengadun.
2. Tambah baki bahan-bahan ramuan di (A) ke dalam mangkuk.
3. Adun (A) sehingga tida berbintil-bintil. Ketepikan sebentar.
4. Pukul putih telur di (B) sehingga lembut dan kembang. Tambah gula dan krim tartar. Terus memukul hingga pekat.(soft peak)
5. Adun (A) dan (B) sehingga sebati. Bakar pada suhu 175 C selama 40 minit. Segera balikkan bila dikeluarkan daripada ketuhar. Biarkan ia sejuk. Bila kek sudah sejuk, keluarkannya daripada acuan.


*Maisya bakar dgn suhu 180 C, api atas dan bawah selama 40 minit. Letak loyang atas tray dan letak di rak bawah sekali.
*jangan gris loyang dengan butter etc

Cheesecake Squares

Ni satu lagi buah tangan yg dibawa ke majlis hari raya haritu...cheesecake dengan sponge cake sebagai base. Buat nipis je supaya senang nak makan dan boleh dapat byk sikit.


CHEESECAKE SQUARES
base:
2 telur saiz B
2 1/2 sudu besar gula halus
3 2/3 sudu besar tepung gandum
1/3 sudu besar susu tepung
2 2/3 sudu besar butter(dicairkan)
1/3 sudu teh baking powder
1/3 sudu teh esen vanilla
1/3 sudu besar ovalette

-panaskan oven suhu 170 C, api atas dan bawah.
-alaskan loyang dengan kertas minyak hingga menutupi keseluruhan loyang( termasuk bahagian tepi-tepinya )
-pukul dengan high speed semua bahan kecuali butter selama 5-7 minit, hingga gebu dan pekat
-tambahkan butter cair dan kaup balik(fold in) hingga sebati.
-tuangkan ke dalam loyang(maisya guna loyang 9 inci x 10 inci)
-bakar selama 20 minit( di rak tengah ).
-setelah masak keluarkan dari loyang dan sejukkan.
-setelah sejuk masukkan semula kek ke dalam loyang( sekali dengan kertas minyak )

cheesecake:
200gm homemade cheese - boleh guna cream cheese
1 bekas yogurt(150g)- plain or any perisa
250g susu pekat manis
3 telur (saiz B)
jus lemon/limau nipis

-isikan dulang oven dengan air panas dan letakkan di rak bawah sekali. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 170 C, api atas dan bawah .
-pukul cheese bersama yogurt hingga gebu
-tambah susu pekat perlahan-lahan dan pukul hingga smooth
-tambah jus lemon dan telur satu persatu, pukul hingga sebati
-tuangkan adunan cheesecake ke atas kek span. Masukkan ke dalam oven( di rak tengah ). Bakar selama 50 - 55 minit.
-sejukkan sebelum dipotong.


*kek span tu akan kecut sikit bila dah sejuk so saiz dia akan jadi kecil sikit dari loyang. Boleh pindahkan ke loyang yg lebih kecil atau guna je loyang yg sama bila nak tuang cheesecake tu. Kalau guna loyang yg sama..bahagian-bahagian tepi tak cantik sikit lah sebab tak cukup base sponge cake tu...boleh je trim sikit bahagian tepi tu bila nak potong-potong.
