Dah lama copy dan simpan resepi ni( ada le dekat 2 tahun kot )...dah ramai yg cuba dan dapat hasil yg bagus. Kali ni baru ada kerajinan nak buat. Bukan susah pun sebenarnya. Puding ni agak firm, bukan jenis yg boleh goyang-goyang tu. Untuk dapatkan puding yg smooth, jangan beat adunan tu sampai berbuih-buih...cukup sekadar kacau rata perlahan-lahan hingga adunan sebati jer. Tapis adunan masa tuang ke dalam loyang. Kalau kukus gunakan api yg perlahan sahaja. Golden Peanut Butter and Orange Muffins

Resepi ni ambik kat majalah beberapa tahun lepas...hu..hu..tak ingat majalah apa. Golden Peanut Butter and Orange Muffins 100g chunky peanut butter ( maisya guna creamy peanut butter ) 80g margarine 150g fine granulated sugar 1tsp grated orange rind 2 medium-sized eggs 150g self-raising flour, sifted ( maisya guna tepung biasa + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder ) 60ml orange juice Orange Glaze ( maisya tak buat pun yg ni...malas..) 1 tbsp orange juice 1/2 tsp grated orange rind 100g icing sugar, sifted Beat peanut butter, margarine, sugar and rind until light and fluffy. Add egg, one at a time, beat well with each addition. Fold in half the flour. Add juice, followed by the remaining flour. Spoon mixture 3/4 full into a patty tin lined with paper cases. Bake in a preheated oven( 190 C ) for 12 minutes or until golden brown. ( suhu dan masa bergantung pada oven masing-masing ye...) Cool muffins on a wire tray. last week buat kek gulung batik....first time buat dapat hasil yg gebu dan cantik cam ni..nak gulung pun senang, before ni buat tak berapa cantik..... Maisya buat separuh adunan je dan guna loyang about 25x25cm. Maisya guna marjerin dan inti plak bubuh jem strawberry dan jugak buttercream perasa koko. Tadi buat biskut ni resepi dari Betty Crocker. Resepi yg sama cuma buat 2 bentuk, satu tekan dengan garfu dan satu lagi bubuh choc chips kat atasnya. Sedap dan rangup jer....ni dah habis separuh dah pun kena makan....
