Maisya pun try resepi yg ada dekat link tu, just try guna basic cucur batter tu utk buat cucur bawang dan jugak coconut fritters dia....sedap jugak. ...Hasilnya cucur bawang jadik cantik berongga-rongga, rangup di luar dan lembut di dalam...yg coconut fritters tu plak memang jadik cucur keras...kuah dia biasa-biasa jer. Utk cucur tu maisya tak bubuh telur pun sebab just buat 1/4 jer dari resepi...takkan nak bahagi 4 telur tu kan...leceh, so tak bubuh pun ok.

Rojak Batter

Ingredients:
1kg. plain flour
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. dried yeast
1 tbsp. ghee
900 ml. Water

Method:
1. Mix and stir sugar and yeast with 100ml water until dissolves
2. Mix flour with salt
3. Add yeast mixture to the flour
4. Add the remaining 800 ml. of water and egg . Mix it.
5. Add ghee and mix it thoroughly until a smooth batter is form.
2. Allow the batter to stand for an hour. The batter would have doubled in size.

Coconut Fritters

Ingredients:
6 tsp.plain Rojak batter
2 tbsp. Rice flour
3 tbsp. grated Coconut
3 tbsp.Sesame seeds

Method:
1. Mix all the above ingredients and leave aside for 10 minutes.
2. Scoop the batter with a spatula and shape it into an elongated piece (8-10cm in. length).
3. Heat oil and deep fry the fritters till golden brown .
Note: Do not handle the batter with hands.

Rojak Sauce

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. coarse Chili powder
6 cups water
50 gm. Tamarind, soaked to extract juice
2 Sweet potatoes large boiled or steamed, peeled and blended till smooth
4 tsp. chopped Palm sugar
Salt and sugar to taste
150 gm. roasted Peanuts, coarsely pounded
4 tbsp. white Sesame seeds, fried till brown without oil
A pinch of red Colour powder

Method:
1. Put coarse chilli powder, water and tamarind juice into a pot and boil for about 5 minutes
2. Add the blended sweet potato and palm sugar. Boil till the sugar dissolves
3. Add in the rest of the ingrediants and boil for about 15 minutes on low flame.
Note: Coarse chili powder is available in all Indian stores.

To Serve Rojak
Some salad leaves, shredded
Green chilly, sliced
Onions, diced
Fried fritters, chopped
Rojak sauce

Arrange prepared Rojak ingredients on the plate and serve sauce separately.
