Ebi Fry

Ebi-fry (Fried shrimp)

• 12 large shrimps
• 1/2 cup panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
• 1/4 cup all purpose flour
• 1 egg
• oil for frying

1.Peel shrimp and make a couple incisions on the stomach side so that it stays straight. 2.Put flour on shrimp lightly
3.Dip the shrimp in beaten egg.
4.Repeat no2 and 3
5.Cover the shrimp with panko.
6.Heat oil in a deep pan to 350 F degree. Fry shrimps until brown.
*Makes 4 servings

breadcrumbs boleh beli di supermarket biasa...selalu kat supermarket tu nampak yg jenama NONA.
