Dapat idea nak buat telur dadar ni dari satu rancangan tv tapi dia tak de bagi resepi penuh so cubalah je la buat. Hasilnya telur dadar jadik gebu. Rasa kentang pun tak de la terlalu kuat. Best! Makan pun kenyang. TELUR DADAR KENTANG LECEK 2 biji telur saiz besar 2 biji kentang sederhana besar Sedikit mayonis Garam Minyak untuk menggoreng 1.Rebus kentang hingga empuk. Toskan dan lecek hingga halus dan licin, tambahkan sedikit mayonis dan gaul rata. (Nak senang boleh guna food processor) 2.Pukul telur dengan garfu. Tambah sedikit garam. Masukkan kentang tadi ke dalam adunan telur dan kacau sebati. 3.Masak di dalam kuali dengan sedikit minyak.
