Resepi ni sejenis quick bread iaitu bread without yeast...the taste is more to banana cake. Resepi ni tak guna telur...jimat duit dan rendah kolestrol...the taste tetap maintain lembut seperti kek pisang yg guna telur...

"This is an old family recipe that is requested frequently by the children. It's simple to make, rich and delicious."
Original recipe yield: 1 - 8x4 inch loaf pan.

1/2 cup shortening ----> maisya guna 1/2 cup marjerin
1 cup white sugar --- > maisya guna 1/2 cup gula jer
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 ripe bananas ------->maisya guna 3 biji pisang yg agak kecil so
maisya tambahkan 1/2 cup susu


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, cream the shortening and sugar. Sift in the flour, baking soda and salt. Blend in the mashed bananas. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
# you can replace 1 banana with 1/2 cup fresh milk if you want
#you can add vanilla essense, cinnamon powder or allspices powder to suit your taste
